Operational Control
BHS Operational Control comprises the following areas:

- Flight Coordination – this sector is responsible for organizing, executing and monitoring the BHS flights according to the required safety standards.
- Service and Ramp Coordination – this sector is responsible for passenger check-in and weighing activities, as well as for controlling their acceptance, luggage and cargo (Service Coordination). Passenger boarding and disembarking activities, as well as aircraft loading, unloading, towing and refueling activities are the responsibility of the Ramp Coordination. Both with highly focused on the quality of the services BHS renders to its clients.
- Planning Coordination - this sector is responsible for planning of the flight crew shifts, chartering, as well as performing the interface with Maintenance Planning.
- Operational Support – this sector monitors and supports the areas concerning the operational data of the systems used by BHS, and prepares the monthly statistics reports for either the several in-house sectors as for the clients.
