Aeronautical Accident Prevention Course
Both a captain and a flight attendant from BHS took part of the Aeronautical Accident Prevention Course, in Belo Horizonte

Capt. Luiz Carlos Neves de Almeida and the flight attendant Fernanda O. Santos took part in the 18th Aeronautical Accident Prevention Course, provided by Air Safety, in Belo Horizonte - MG. They were highlighted by their active and constant participation at both theoretical and practical events.

The course mentioned above lasted ten working days, and had 81 hours of class. It is regularized by the Brazilian aeronautical authorities and registered by ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and it aims to train and qualify professionals in order to carry out specific activities in the Flight Safety area, according to what is established on the Brazilian aeronautical legislation and proposed by the Brazilian Aviation Flight Safety doctrine.

People from several different airlines and companies, public organizations and Aeronautical Science students from FUMEC were present at the course.

After they finished the course, the participants received the certificate of SIPAERs registered elements (Aeronautical Accidents Investigation and Prevention System), which is approved by CENIPA (Aeronautical Accidents Investigation and Prevention Center), the main organization of the system.

This way, BHS, that already has several professionals qualified in accident prevention in its board, keeps sending employees to take the courses thrown by Air Safety, and this enhances its image in the aeronautical community.
